I have had the incredible opportunity to both lead and create different organizations to benefit the community and inspire my peers to do the same!
La Jolla High School Interact Club - President (2023-2026)
The LJHS Interact Club has been an integral part of the high school for over 40 years. After becoming president at the end of my Sophomore year, I have made it a mission to encourage greater community involvement and impact. Since the start of my presidency, the club has expanded beyond home builds and into local projects! Currently we are building at least 2 homes per year at Tijana, Mexico every year for locals.
La Jolla High School Nutrition for Athletes - President and Co-founder (2022-2026)
Started the start of my freshman year, the club's mission has remained to encourage healthy eating habits for high school student athletes. As a student athlete myself, I understand how important nutrition is to fuel someone's body and mind.
IvyMax Speech and Debate - President (2021-2026)
Different than a traditional speech and debate club, the IvyMax Speech and Debate club strives to bring awareness to the power of speaking and debate. Through hosting workshops and classes with young and ESL (English second language) speakers, the club works to build integral speaking skills that will help them later in life. The club has worked with kids in Costa Rica, Tijuana and local kids in San Diego.
Link Crew - Ambassador (2022-2026)
As a way of giving back to my school community, I joined link crew. Link crew focuses on giving new students and prospective students tours of the school. It also serves as a resource for them in order to receive student advice and support!
